It extends the expiration date and helps reduce food waste.

Skin pack packaging film

The advantage of skin packs is that they can be tightly fit and vacuum packed evenyou’re your products with complex shapes and sharp edges, such as spiny lobsters and shells. No molds are required for packaging, and products of various shapes and sizes can be packed at the same time. Skin pack package contains food drips and extend the expiration date, helping to reduce food waste and costs. In addition to fresh foods, this packaging film is increasingly being used in a variety of fields, including industrial products and medical equipment.

What is “bale” package ?

There is no waste generated and it does not put a strain on the environment.

Synthetic rubber block (bale) packaging film/melt bag

During the mixing process of synthetic rubber blocks (bales), the raw material for tires and other products, the packaging film can be kneaded and melted together with the rubber inside. Therefore, for packaging materials for synthetic rubber blocks, we manufacture film using controlled raw materials that will not be affected even if they are put into the mixing process together with the synthetic rubber. We also manufacture melting bags that melt at low temperatures as bags for various additives used in the rubber mixing process in tire manufacturing, rubber processing, etc. Both melt together, so the packaging material does not become waste.

大森化成ではお客様の要望に合わせて、定められた規格（径や厚み）で誤差の少ない高品質なパッケージを生産しています。
気温や気圧の変化によって巾や厚みにバラツキが出やすいポリエチレンチューブですが、それを機械に精通した担当者が1日のうちで何度も調整しながら品質が均一になるよう管理。当社では径800㎜で長さ5000mのチューブの場合、その誤差はわずか2㎜以下という厳しい基準を設けています。

Flexographic Printing Machine

We have introduced a flexographic printing machine that is also used by major printing companies, and we carry out the entire manufacturing process up to printing. A reversing machine is installed, so we can accurately print eight colors on both sides of the tube, speeding up the process and reducing costs.
Unlike paper, the printing surface of the tube is soft and uneven, so it is possible to prevent misalignment of multi-color printing, which is a distinctive feature that significantly improves printing quality. In addition to film manufacturing, we can also finish printing at the same time.

Special Orders

Oomori Kasei employees love to try new things and take on new challenges. Please feel free to consult with us about special orders such as "Can you make a package with this material?" or "Can you make a package suitable for this purpose?" We have experience creating over 200 recipes to fulfill a customer's request. In one case, we introduced special equipment and built a new clean room. Starting from the customer's request, all of us are challenging ourselves to develop products that exceed expectations.
