This is a skin pack film that is sealed to the shape of the contents (product) and packaged in a vacuum. It is characterized by its high visual appeal, as it can convey the shape and texture of the product while still being packaged. It also contributes to reducing food waste and costs, as it extends the expiration date and does not require molds. This packaging material is supplied to a wide range of customers both in Japan and overseas.

Our synthetic rubber block (bale) packaging film is manufactured in-house, with an integrated manufacturing system from film production to printing. Our products are used by many major synthetic rubber manufacturers, and we have a proven track record of over 30 years of quality and reliability. Some of our products are exported to Southeast Asia and as far away as Europe. Our melting bags are used by almost all domestic tire manufacturers, a great many rubber processing manufacturers, and overseas as well. Our melting bags, made from polybutadiene (RB), are available in three different types with different melting points.

These polyethylene tubes are used for bagging in manufacturers' automatic filling machines. They are manufactured with high precision, exceeding JIS standards, using dedicated machines and human know-how to ensure uniform thickness for automatic filling lines. Thorough quality control is ensured by repeated adjustments throughout the day in response to changes in air pressure and temperature. Oomori Kasei handles the entire process, from the production of film to packaging printing.
